NOW Uses Studio to Create and Expedite Product Imagery Process

Esko Studio “Pumps You Up”: Learn how NOW Wows Consumers with Realistic 3D Product Renderings

From 12 to 1: Esko Studio Reduces Product Shot Time Drastically for NOW

Fitness freaks aren’t the only consumers concerned with health and wellness products.  As today’s world becomes increasingly stressful for many, holistic healthy lifestyles have become widely mainstream. According to the Global Wellness Institute, the global health and wellness industry grew 12.8% between 2015 and 2017 and represents 5.3% of the global economic output at $4.2 trillion dollars.

Health and wellness company, NOW has always understood the importance of a sound mind and body – they were founded in 1968.  “We pride ourselves on being a good health and wellness option for consumers. Unfortunately, there are a lot of false label claims in the industry, so we strive to be very transparent in our values. We ensure that our products are certified by many different government and independent organizations. Quality control and label integrity is imperative to our business success and of course, packaging label and artwork plays a key role in marketing our product. It’s everything,” says Creative Services Manager, Tim Imbordino.

However, it was particularly challenging for the NOW creative team to render realistic label and product imagery for their website and marketing materials.

According to Tim, “NOW is a large company but we are a small team; traditionally our process requires ordering the prototype, waiting on it to ship, and then shooting the product, editing and retouching, etc. – all of that took 10-12 hours minimum to produce three images (left, right, and center) for each SKU. And of course, time is money. Esko Studio really helped speed up our process.”
